  3. I just moved to California. Can I rent a car for the test?
    Yes. Whether you’re a new resident or moved from another state, you can rent our vehicle for the DMV test.
  4. Can international students or drivers with a foreign license rent a car?
    Yes. Unlike big rental companies, we provide DMV-approved vehicles for international students and drivers without a U.S. license.

2. Booking Process

  1. How do I book a car for my DMV test?
    You can book online through our website or call us directly. We recommend booking early to secure your time slot.
  2. What information is required for booking?
    We’ll need your name, phone number, email, DMV location, and service package.
  3. Which DMV locations do you cover?
    We serve multiple DMV offices across the Bay Area, including San Francisco, Daly City, Redwood City, and San Mateo.

3. Vehicle & DMV Requirements

  1. Are your cars DMV-approved?
    Yes. All our cars meet DMV safety standards and include full insurance coverage.
  2. What type of cars do you provide?
    We provide compact sedans that are easy to operate and suitable for DMV testing.
  3. Do the cars have all the required safety features?
    Yes. Each car has seatbelts, mirrors, working lights, and all DMV-required equipment.
  4. Can I use Hertz, Enterprise, or other rental cars for the DMV test?
    No. Most traditional rental companies do not allow their cars to be used for DMV road tests. We specialize in DMV test rentals.

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. How much does it cost to rent a car for the test?
    Our standard rate is $235.
  2. What does the rental fee include?
    The fee includes DMV-required insurance, vehicle registration, and delivery to your DMV location.
  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  1. What is your cancellation policy?
    All cancellations have a $70 fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours, no-shows, or DMV refusals (unless due to the car) are non-refundable.
  2. If I fail my test, can I rent again?
    Yes. If you don’t pass, you can rebook our service for your next test at a discounted repeat-customer rate.

6. Additional Questions

  1. Do you deliver the car to the DMV?
    Yes. We deliver the car directly to your DMV test location.
  2. Do I need to drive the car to the DMV myself?
    No. We provide delivery service, so the car will be ready for you at the DMV.
  3. Will someone from your team sit in the car during the test?
    No. Only you and the DMV examiner are allowed in the car during the road test.
  4. Can you pick me up from home or school before the test?
    Yes. For our test-day rental customers, we can arrange optional pickup and drop-off for an additional fee. This service is provided as a convenience and is not a taxi or rideshare service.
